Here's an opportunity to do something that will impact the community.
Help Jail Central make a difference.
There are many ways to volunteer, from walking door to door to hosting fundraising events.
Let us know how you can help:
VOLUNTEERING CHANGES LIVES
The Federal Bureau of Prisons knows the value volunteers bring to the lives of incarcerated individuals and their success after reentering society. That’s why the First Step Act (FSA), passed by Congress in 2018, prioritizes increasing and improving volunteer programs nationwide.
As we safely reopen across the country — following CDC guidelines and updates — volunteers with a variety of skills will be in high demand. If you’re interested in making a difference, let us know now by filling out the interest form below.
PRN is directly connected with the people it serves through BBQs, outings to the National Parks, and informal social meetups. Whenever we go into the prisons, we ask what people want to eat when they leave. This question communicates a reality of leaving prison - people will make decisions they haven't considered for years - and also helps us know what to serve at our community events.
HELP US MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!!
We believe restoration is possible and that paths to complete restoration should exist for people when they return to their communities.
From our gate pickups to our critical adventures to our peer support, we are here to help with that journey.
